Just received one today and it is very big - I did ask for my size which they correctly sent from EBay. What way do I send it back. Do I just wrap it up and post back is that simple with a little note and tell them to send me a smaller size. They must be very big sizes and I may jump down to sizes. This is the worst buying online.

You have to 'contact buyer'. You will find this on the item description.
Sorry, I meant 'contact seller'

it was only 15 - so I may just keep and tighten it up a bit. but thanks for your answers guys.
Most sellers are fine about replacing or refunding, but do contact them first like Balloons says.
Those packamacs are usually loose don't forget as they sometimes need to go over a coat that isn't waterproof.
Just what I was going to say Ladybirder. Do make sure you've tried it over your winter layers before deciding.

Reminds me of the time my catalogue sent me a sales leaflet, pretty pyjamas and a good price. I thought they were sold in bust sizes so ordered size 38. We have photos of my husband (16 stone) in one leg and my daughter and myself in the other . LOL
Lol @ mamyalynne :-D

Just contact them and send it back. Sounds like it's WAY too big to 'make do'.
