Sometimes when I am online my picture and text suddenly gets really small and I can't figure out how to rectify this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On a PC hit the CTRL key, hold it down and press 0 (zero) that should return everything to full size.
You may be holding down your scroll wheel and scrolling the size or holding ctrl while you scroll by accident.
