New TVs not receiving analogue signal.

I got a tv last week that does not receive analogue channels only digital but the problem is that it cannot pick up the signal from our distributor box in the house. Are all new TVs being made not to receive analogue or will some still receive the signal.

Chris, the one I had was an Alba which I have since taken back. I think I'll just keep the old tv and digi box for now. Damned technology. Thanks.
