I've made my husband book an appt to see a psychic medium tomorrow, I'm quite excited. He's never been to one before.

Someone I know went to see her and said she was fantastic.

Have you ever been to see one and how accurate were they?

Nothing to do with physic. If you don't want the answer, don't ask the questions.
I love stuff like this but would never go back to one. I saw a psychic when I was in Blackpool and she said that a member of my family would die in the next 18 months. Six months later with that playing on my mind the whole time, we find out that my uncle has terminal cancer. He passed away earlier this year. It still makes me feel sick to think about it.

Gosh, that's strange shaneystar.

The psychic isn't particularly expensive so I don't see the harm in going once just to see what it's all about.

If she does come out with accurate information, shall I presume that it could be applicable to everyone then?
Im at a crossroad just now. I really believed, then one time a friend (intelligent guy) TOTALLY cold read me!!

Said cos of my hair colour, dress sense, makeup etc and it was accurate. Really threw me x
Yes, MissC. I have been to lots of meetings of the spiritualist church and wasn't convinced and my daughter went to one who lived quite near and made a fortune out of gullible fools (like my daughter, love her). She believed everything the woman told her and then six months later she decided she would go back again and this time the woman told her everything different from the first time. She obviously never kept records. To say my daughter was sadly disillusioned is to put it mildly. My sister drove down into the country to see one who she had been told was good. She told her she would be married and have several children. My sister remained unmarried until she was over forty and then it was too late to have any children. I rest my case. Hope this is enough.
Was thinking of what I could do when I was too old or knackered for the building sites .

Without reading all the replies would like to say that I went to see a fortune teller psychic when I was about 18 just for fun. She said I would have have three children, correct. Two boys and a girl. Wrong. I ad two girls a nd a boy. Two out of wedlock. Correct. All to the same father correct.
Many years later I saw another person and also had variable predictions
As long as you don't take theses readings too seriously it can be fun
When my middle daughter was getting married some years ago her future MIL's sister took ages to reply to the invitation.
Her reason? She and her husband were due to go to a psychic convention in America......but the organisers weren't sure if it might have to be cancelled through lack of support.
I went to a spiritulist church once, years and years ago with my mum, when I used to still ride my bike to work, before I past my driving test,
And I got picked out (!) and was told 'your bike has spent more time upside down than it has on the road this week!' ...
And yes! he was right, I'd had puncture after puncture that week! lol
