laguna heated rear wind screen

Help this "NEW" car of mine, I am finding more and more problems, how do I check if power is getting to the rear heated window never clears, the light comes on the button and a relay sounds as if its clicking.

where are the relays ? how to change them ? ALL fuses are ok, checked them already.

a work mate at my last job had the same problem the wire to check the feed is on a spade connector to the rear screen you'll have to find a earth to get a reading with a meter.

What the fault with his car was the earth had gone high resistance so i simply re earthed it in a different point and its worked ever since

Checked voltage, got 10V accross terminals towindow, checked restance and got about 1 ohmn to earth, also about 1 ohm accross heated windscreen circuit.

Heated windscreen still not working, earth points cleaned and tightend, any ideas ?
