The above composer wrote incidental music for the balcony scene in Romeo and Juliet. Is this part of a larger work and what (if any) CD is it available on?

I think you mean Craig Armstrong. I believe he wrote the incidental music specially for the film. The music is available on CD, but make sure you get Volume 2; the first volume is just the songs. The CD you want is here:
