This may sound obvious or even daft, but have you considered the website of a French or Italian television or radio company?

I don't know if this will help-but there is a site that is semi interactive with lots of audio exercises to practise spanish-it's at www.studyspanish.com-sorry I don't know if any of it is downloadable. margrio
