Printer Problem.

I have an Epsom SX110 printer. Last night I replaced the black cartridge. The message that came on screen said Incompatible. When I tried again it said all cartridges were incompatible. Any ideas anyone?

Are they genuine Epsom cartridges?

Try cleaning the chip on the cartridge and the bit in the printer where it connects, other than that I have no idea what could be wrong.

i have an epsom that is equally temperamental. as daffy says, you need to clean both the cartridge nozzle and where it connects in your printer and try again (i use a cotton bud but be careful not to leave any trace of cotton behind). because you have taken the cartridge out, the printer may well reject it as being used and have to buy new ones to install. i have so far got away with cheap ones off amazon and my printer has always accepted any previously rejected after a clean. good luck x
