I think (but don't quote me on this) it's the same guy who played the taxi driver in the other single off 'By the Way' ('Can't stop?) who is also in the film Ghost World - go to imdb.com but for the life of me I can't remember the characters name or the actors name. All rather vague I'm afraid but it might help
