Try Root Down or Sabotage by the Beastie Boys. Both songs have a very good effect on me. And whenever i hear anything by any boy band on the radio i'm motivated to leave the room or
turn off the radio, if that's any help to you?

one that always lifts me up is Livin on a Prayer by Bon Jovi. Love it!!

You are kidding. Sabotage is not only a fine song, but able to lift any mood. It's a prime example of a song you can do anything to. And yes, Living on a Prayer is also a great motivating song.
