Dull dark days in Summer like November :(

Nothing. Like a true drama queen I have a hissy fit when something doesn`t go right and then I perk up again. I`m never really on a downer.

At the moment a shoulder that is not responding to treatment and is heading towards surgical intervention.

I'm on a big downer at the moment because my youngest is struggling socially at school, makes me want to cry when I think about it.

Fatigue, especially if it stops me doing things. Things getting on top of me I can't get done.

Seeing something sad. Felt really upset last week after seeing the police covering a body of a man who had jumped to his death off a high building. So very sad.
