Not all the species have 8 eyes.
99% of the spider species have 8 eyes while only less than 1% have 6 eyes.
Several examples of spiders with 6 eyes:
-Recluse spiders
-Spitting spiders
-Woodlouse hunters

However, some spiders have completely lost their eyes through evolution.
The Kauaʻi cave wolf spider is one of them.
