No they don't. They use radios.

They stopped issuing whistles in the 1970's.

Nope, however there panic button alarm is a high pitched whistle sent continously. However i think on some senior dress uniforms they still have whistles but for ceremonial purposes not practical.

I have found this - The whistle is still used by some police forces today and engraved ceremonial versions are sometimes presented to police officers upon occasions such as their retirement.

Whistles still can be issued but are decorative only.
