Hi Laura, You have a nice voice. Don't seek other people approval. Singing and playing your guitar should be about enjoying yourself. You don't have to be the best. I sing, play guitar and play keyboards, if gives me immense pleasure, but I will never, ever be an Elton John. I am currently teaching a family member to play fingerstyle guitar and we are having so much fun. Keep posting, we enjoy listening to you. x
