got this email today, they claim your banks been charging you x amount of money over the years, and that they will make a claim for you.
its sounds like pie in the sky to me.

Sorry - wasn't being personally critical - everyone's individual circumstances are different - I'm also well aware of the tricks employed by loan salespersons ...

I'd like to claim for unreasonable petrol charges. I'd be loaded!
Personally I'd reclaim compensation on my council tax, which keeps going up and I have no choice than to pay it....
natwest sold it me knowing i was self employed so it actually wasn't even worth anything!a company was going to claim for me but wanted 39%,i rang natwest direct,they checked all overdrafts,credit cards,loans etc and just had nearly £6000 deposited back into my account,i had no loan numbers,figures or anything,just ring whoever you borrowed from and they have to check into it for you,good luck!
