BUT you can easily make a website with contact you button and all the interior and scenic shots, and keep all the income for yourselves!
do you clean it yourself btw? if you use a cleaning agency, THEY might also know where other properties are advertised!

The annual fee is very reasonable (around £250). You have control of your details and the information you put on the website. You set your own pricing, terms and conditions, update availablilty calendar, etc. You deal with the clients directly via email, phone or both.
Hoseasons, cottages4u, etc. - many of these types of agencies are all part of the same group. They do the grading, pricing, info, booking, etc. I think they charge between 20% and 25%.
