I have entered my e-mail address and I my password is shown as "strong" but I cannot login.
Can anyone help me, please?

Are you sure you're on the correct site, neither twitters sign in or registration page show the strength of your password as far as I can see,

The only time that you'll see an indication of the strength of your password is when you're registering a NEW account with an online site. Assuming that you're trying to access an EXISTING account, you seem to have clicked on 'register', rather than on 'log in'.
