Does anyone know how to decode this code?

Before decrypting this code it starts like this:

bjlrir vt nmek ljozm

So I decrypted it and got this:

owyeve ig azrx ywbmz

On looking at it I noticed that all the letters have been moved 13 forward. I am not sure where to go from here regarding decoding it. Would I be right in believing it is some form of ROT code?

All help would be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

More chance of someone helping if you post the complete message.
What makes you think the letters have been moved 13 places ?

The thing that makes me know that the letters have moved 13 places is that the difference numerically between B and O is 13 and continues along the same vein all the way through.
I don't get that- you said you decrypted it but are you now saying it was decrypted for you so you worked out the pattern?

I thought it was a straight forward ROT code so I decrypted it from its original form, i.e. that which started bjlrir, and it came out owyeve.

When I say simple ROT this is what I mean A = N; M=Z and B = O

Have you managed to crack the rest of this ?
It looks very difficult.
I'm sure the hider would give you some pointers if you contacted them.

I have been able to solve all of these puzzles. 6 I was able to do on my own but others I have had a little help with.

The owner has not been brilliantly helpful with this last one though. No clue and no key. I just feel I am going into it completely blind if you know what I mean.

I would simply love to know how to crack this code so that everything is complete.
If you have decrypted all the rest, you would usually be able to find the cache without decrypting this bit...it's the additional hints...
I'll keep thinking about it but I'm not making any promises with such a short piece of text.
