i am sorry i did not make myself clear, it is my laptop that says update for your computer available but they fail everytime and the error number is 641.i have SYSTEM MECHANIC but that does not solve it. thank you very much for trying to help. M.H.

It's been around for years and years. Originally it was a useful piece of software (in the right hands) for fixing various OS problems.
Nowadays, it's the usual piece of automated "optimizing" bloatware that tends to cause more problems than it fixes.
