This is the recipe http://www.channel4.c...ese-bruschetta-recipe

It's also been done with a soft mild goats cheese.

Don't use tinned broad beans. They'll be in season very soon, if they're not about already.

Thanks eccles. I have already said I will make it tonight. I hope I can find fresh ones! How do you find smoked crumbly chease? Is that goats cheese the same you use on greek salads?
You're unlikely to find any smoked cheese suitable, they smoked their own in the programme.

Feta is usually sheeps milk although sometimes it has goats cheese in it too, it would work though if it is all you can find.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding a soft, crumbly goats cheese though.

If you can't find fresh then frozen will be better than tinned.

Frozen! Yes I never thought about that. I will look for some goats cheese then. It looks like feta cheese tho
ugh right?
Feta will be fine. You could also do it with ricotta and some finely chopped fresh mint.
