Dont know if its just the amount of rain that we are having, but have just gone out the garden and dont think Ive ever seen snails so big in my life! They've all come out in the wet so ive scooped them all up before they devour any more flowers, but I swear some of them had muscles!

A friend of mine regularly collected snails, purged them on lettuce and served them up for dinner.

Bizarrely I also knew to snail farmers!

Yep I have the slugs as well as the snails! As big as sausages!(ok, I may have exaggerated a tad)
