am i right in thinking you cannot get teletext now on the dtv's cos didnt it work off analogue ? but my remote still has the teletext button on it but i cant find it anywhere

It's now known as digital text, press red button on any BBC channel.(Apart from HD)

The remote will still have the teletext button - not all the country is digital yet. The Red Button with BBC on digital is the replacement for Ceefax.

The "text" button on my Sky remote control start up digital text on BBC1 and the BBC News channel (and probably other BBC channels).

No tezmand, no digital text on ITV.

Sorry, there IS digital text on ITV (and some other stations). However, the text is not like the old Oracle days, and is mainly things like betting and dating services.
