Hula hooping is fantastic for your abs (thats why i am posting this on the "Body&Mind" topics and the "Sport". But does anyone know of any webpages that show how to make a hula hoop travel up to your neck and back down again?

Hey lindapinda-

I got 2 of mine from D&A toys (the looks I got travelling home with them on the bus!!!) and the other i got from believe it or not - the local Pharmacy!! If you don't have a D&A toys near to you, you might find them in ASDA's, ToyRUs, Gamelys....any toy shop really!

Hi Alison,thanks for that!...I used to have the old style bamboo ones,when I was in school,and loved using them.But,a lot of the kids ones,I've seen,are light plastic,and not heavy enough...There's a new Asda opening near us on Monday,so I'll try there!
