Arrival Terminal for LHR?

Hi all. a friend is arriving from Shanghai on Sunday flight into LHR, I've got the flight nbr but they forgot to give me which terminal they are arriving into. Anyone know how I can find out which terminal they are arriving into, is there a website which gives this information ahead of time? Thanks
