A month ago last friday I was diagnosed with Labrynthitus.Today i'm still having the lightheadedness feeling. I have had the prescribed pills and i wonder if there is any 1 out there with some real good advice how to speed up the process to get rid of this feeling. Any 1 who as had this and as recovered quicker through taking any other medication than the 1s the doctor prescribed. I'm coming to the last of the prochlorperazine maleate the doctor as prescribed, but i dont want to come too dependant on those. Any good herbal remedies that will clear the head, any over the counter remedies.

It can take time to go from people I've known with it, patience and keeping away from things that might aggravate it will help.

How long have you had it before and have you had it before? If bad or longer term or you've had other problems then have they said about looking into possible causes?

I'm sure there are exercises you can do, sure Sqad will be along to help as his expert field I think.
My wife had it and it lasted for some weeks I'm afraid. The only way she got rid of it was to try not to get into situations which aggravated it. It seemed to go as quickly as it came.
