can anyone recommend a good one?

ie one thats easy to clean and makes juice with few lumpy bits?!

I've got the Breville Anthony Worrall Thompson Juicer around �100, but you can get it cheaper if you have a look around. It's easy to clean and you can stuff all the bits in a dishwasher apart from the plunger that just needs a wipe. It does citrus as well as hard fruit and veggies. Plus the jug that collects the juice has a froth guard, so you can dispence the juice with our without the frothy bits!
Don't know about a smoothie maker...
