I have been working saturday mornings for a while and turned on and no members of public. Can any one tell me why they are not on?

There's something in the letters section of this week's Radio Times on this very subject.

It's to give the viewers at home more chance to interact with the chefs and to expands the new Masterclass section and quizzing of James Martin and the guest chefs.
