Please could someone advise me on the implications of receiving a Simple Caution for Cultivation of Cannabis? (it was 2 small plants)

If the Landlord of the property it was taking place finds out through other people, could they go the Police and get information from the Police? Can she evict the tenet because of it?

If the person who received the caution is looking for work in the care sector would it be a factor in them not getting the job? Would this apply to volunteer work?

Can they go on holiday in Spain? Is there anywhere they can’t go on holiday?

Is there any other implications you could let me know?

Thanks for your help in advance

unlikely to restrict their travel round europe, the US will ask about this type of offence, but can't usually check up on cautions!

Almost certainly, every tenancy agreement I've seen has a clause about not using the premises for illegal activity.

Yes, and yes if the volunteer work requires a CRB check.

Spain, yes, but you will have problems if you ever want to go to America though.
