As far as I'm aware, motion blur on LCD TVs is caused by slow pixel response time, which is subject to the quality of the LCD panel. So, I very much doubt that there'd be an option to speed up pixel response time in the service menu, no more than there'd be an option to increase the physical size of the screen. But hey, I could be wrong since I don't know all that much about them.
