I nipped down to Holland and Barretts and got myself some evening primrose oil after reading divegirl's post about embarrasing bodies and evening primrose oil (thanks very much by the way!). I watched the episode and the lady on it with a similar condition (although with slightly different symptoms) seemed to have the same sort of tenderness that I have suffered with for over a year. I am pleased to report that I have noticed a dramatic reduction in breast pain! I am still not fully without any sort of tenderness but wow! I can gently hug people now! And lie on my side! I'm like a new woman! Thank you ever so much to everyone who took an interest in my post and special thanks to divegirl for bringing the embarrasing bodies clip to my attention!

I plan to keep taking 2 tablets a day as it says on the bottle, for a month, hopefully I will continue to stop being in pain!!

Thanks once again!

xoxo.

Good to hear.
Hi again swan_purple.
Pleased to hear the EPO is working, remember though it has a cumulative effect so you need to keep taking it [forever]. You should feel maximum benefit after around three months of taking it though.

Thanks Old Geezer.

Lisa - really I'm very pleased that you managed to suss out my condition and it seems to be it! It will definitely be worth keeping on taking the pills. Wish they wern't quite so big though!
Thanks for your help again :-)
I'm amazed (but pleased for you) that you have felt the benefit already. I think I waited a couple of months before I noticed much difference, but that's excellent!

yogasun - Tenderness definitely isn't all gone but it is much improved and I did buy the strongest dose of the stuff I could find. Just got excited as it has relieved such an annoying pain! (I know I have a long way to go however until its all completely gone - fingers crossed I will get to that completely pain-free stage in a few months!)
