Can anyone please tell me the difference between a 3D designer and a sculptor?

A 3d designer is usually refering to someone who works with computer software (3dsMax, SoftImage, Maya etc..) to build a virtual 3d object. A sculptor usually refers to someone using traditional materials (clay, bronze, etc..) and tools to create a sculpted form.

a 3d designer is also someone who make 3d objects that aren't sculpture, such as say, a chair, a clock, etc
