I have a pc with XP on it. Outlook 2007 worked fine until Friday & now when I try to open Outlook, a message appears saying " Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window". I've made sure that the compatiblity box isn't checked & am now at a total loss what to do. Grateful for any advise.
TIA

Chuck, I've just tried this & no joy but thanks for trying.
Microsoft Outlook is part of Microsoft Office.

Have you changed anything in Office 2007, or deleted part of it?

Have you installed any Office 2007 updates recently?

VHG, I had recently installed an XP update but Outlook still worked. So I'm stumped - maybe I should rattle my rosary beads over it...........

Ooh - I've done it. I lost all patience with it, went into Control Panel, deleted the profile & started from scratch.
