Hi Can anyone reccomend a good wedge shaped posture cushion. i sit at a computer for work and have lower back pain, physiotherapist har reccomended a posture cushion, but i have no idea which would be best. Can anyone reccomend one?
prefrably not too expensive please.

I got mine from my osteopath to trial (wasn't keen so gave it back) but liked the lumbar roll so bought one of those.
Agree with Jenna, the lumbar rolls are very good, lots on amazon for about £10.
You can improvise and make your own but if it's for work I expect you'll want something that looks tidy.
I have had one of these for many years and found it invaluable - but it is pricey now!

You can get a nice blue inflatable back cushion, 16" x 10" from the Pound shop if you want to try one of those???
your occupational health dept should be looking after you too!
