you/he need to invest in a lawyer who can tell the court all about what has been going on in your son's life recently .i.e. fathers illness, suicide attempt , breaking up with his partner/girlfriend and if he is lucky and genuinely sorry for his misdeeds the court will take this into consideration and ask for a probation report but get it wrong they will throw the...

I don't know the answer, but this will bump your question back to the top.
criminal damage = anything up to 10 years
wounding by serious assault = life
i wouldnt be to bothered about the other 2 charges...
explain your predicaments to the court and hope for leniency
ps woodstreet google the law pages that will give you a good idea of the likely sentences...
Looking at your previous posts.........good luck.
I'm sorry for YOU, woodstreet, with your son putting you in this predicament at a time when it's your husband who needs your (and his) support.

This is not the same son as my previous posts This son as not been in trouble before
Sorry to read your post woodstreet and not being funny your husband needs your support more than your son.
I'm not sure how old your son is but you and your husband need his support and at times there needs to be a cut off time ! X
i wish you and all your family all the best.
Keep in touch and let us know how you all get on.
He's in trouble enough now, though - it's still you I feel sorry for.

My son is 29yrs old he is on medication for depression I just want to support everyone but finding it hard
Your 29 year old son should be supporting you, your husband and the rest of the family. He is a grown man.
..sorry to appear unsypathetic as you obviously have a lot on your plate without this, but his sentence imo wiill not be half enough.....he sounds like a right t....r.
How many other victims are going to have their lives blighted by him if he is not put away?
No idea what sort of sentence he'll get but if it's long enough he might..just might' get some help inside.

Sorry for ypur problems but not in the least sorry for him...:-((

If it were me I would Just concentrate on supporting you husband,a 29 year old should have known better, and let him sort it out himself and take the consequences he is a grown man.I sincerely hope that your husband gets better news at the hospital, it must be very hard for you trying to hold it all together, you dont deserve all this aggro.
