I use BT Yahoo Mail, in IE9 and I have Windows 7.

Before I was upgraded to IE9 ( something I didn't request but it seemed
to happen anyway ) I could format my emails with the Comic Sans font. But now this font is missing from the drop down list.

Is there a way to get it back please ?

For security reasons Microsoft have decided to start upgrading versions of IE without telling you, as the latest browsers are much more secure than older browsers.

So most people will find they are upgraded to IE9 automatically.

You can turn this "feature" off but it is best to let it happen.
Note that just because you set a font in an email it does not mean the person getting it will see it like that.

If they dont have the font on their machine, or have asked for emails to be displayed as "plain text" then all your formatting will be loist, so I would not spend a lot of time doing it.

Thanks VHG...I didn't realise that the situation in your 2nd reply is happening, although comic sans is quite a common place font. So is there a way to get it back or not ?
