I have just finished a 12 day course of corticosteroids to help get over an MS relapse. I shoud have started my period by now but I haven't. Can/do corticosteroids interact with birth control pills to cancel their effects? Or do they interfere with the normal cycle to stop or delay a period?

Depends............if you have taken large doses of steroids for a long period of time, then they may well delay your periods.

However, if you take small doses for a short period of time, you periods will be unaffected.

The corticosteroids should have no adverse effects on your contraceptive pill.
