I have just got a new oven: http://www.samsung.co...c-ovens/BT621VDST/XEU and when I use the grill the tray buckles and twists with the heat making it difficult to remove anyone else experienced this?

I haven't got this type of oven, but in any type of oven this should not be happening. Anything provided with the oven should be able to withstand the heat thrown at it. I would take the tray back to wherever you bought it and complain (bitterly).
Did the tray come with the oven? as our new built in oven did not come with a tray, a telephone call was made to the manufacturers and they stated that they and some other manufacturers no longer supply trays due to health and safety as the trays tend to be insecure and they did not want any come backs, have spoke to a few other people who recently bought new ovens and they said that they did not have trays either.
It's not fit for purpose, take it back.
