Different print previews depending on printer

I have a kyocera, hp 4480, and hp k8600 printer. When I try to print a word document that I've made into a poster with a black border on it to either thekyocera or the 4480, it prints out fine.

However, when I try to print the same document to the k8600 it give a message saying section 1 is out of printable area and it misses the bottom of the page. Also when I view the print preview on this printer it shows the bottom missing, but the print preview on the other two printers looks okay.

What could be causing this?

It's doing the same with A3 in print preview. Also it crumples up the A4 pages but not A3.
It sounds as if you need to change the default settings for this printer. See page 34 of the User Manual.
If you haven't got the manual try this: http://h10032.www1.hp.../Manual/c01416570.pdf
Because each printer has their own software to auto set the margins and formatting. Does the k8600 have an option to print 'fit to page'?
Sorry! My earlier reply referenced the 4480.
I should have quoted the manual for the 8600: http://bizsupport1.au...1325186/c01325186.pdf
(See page 21)

Wildwood I tried shrink to fit and stuff but it didn't help.

That pdf is over my head. I think I'll just take off borders when printing. Cheers.
