The easiest way would be to subscribe to one of that posters threads, then you can easily check by clicking on their profile for recent activity.

It's not stalking, there are peole whose views I like to read and other people whose I'm not, I think it wouldn't be a bad idea actually.

If you just type the user's name into the AB search box you can get to their profile and see all their questions/answers.
Or if you find one of their posts and then click on their avatar you can see their profile and all their posts

This seems like an odd question for a newbie - I too think it seems a bit stalkerish.
