i agree this will hurt her nox... but you could say that about any criminal with young children... that removing them will cause them pain

having a suffering child does not mean you should get away with something like this... and even it it isnt prison, he needs to be locked up somewhere such as a hospital to get teatment...either way he cannot just be allowed to walk away, just to protect the child...

its a horrifying yet sad story
