my existing house name needs to be change with new one which is knowing every one ,from my records like voters id , Ration cards , property documents.Please give suggestion

Are you in the UK ? we don't have ration cards or voters ID here.
You need to ask someone in your home country as the laws will be diffrent.

I find it strange that you say you NEED to change your house name. I could understand if you said you wanted to change it, but can't understand why there is a need to change it.

If you live in the United Kingdom and your house has a street number the Post Office says this: 'If your property is officially numbered you can’t swap the number for a name but you can use a name in addition to the number'.
