What smartphones are going to get a an update to Android 4.0?

Will there be a minimum spec for smartphones to run the Ice Cream Sandwich OS (Android 4.0)??
I have a reasonable spec phone - A Samsung Galaxy W - which although not dual core is pretty nifty (1.4ghz) but only has 2gb internal memory. Is that sufficient to run it. Anyone know if there is a list of phones that will get the update???? Thanks!

Thanks for that Rocky, alas nothing for my phone, but was to be expected, might just fall outside the high end spec needed - may need dual core minimum. Seems Samsung are dragging their heels anyway at the mo'.
