printing

I have new HP PSC 1500 all in one series printer.I print a letter but a copy of the previous letter comes out. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong before I pull my hair out. thanks

i had something like this once,if in xp go to control panel cl printers,rt cl icon, rt cl open then clear queue box if anything stored

Thanks I have had a look in there and just states printer name also had a look at other faults but mine is not there.. thanks for your reply

sorry me again that done it i didnt press open on the picture of printer I cancelled all documents and all is fine now thanks
