Only humans and the great apes have a menstrual cycle. Most other placental mammals have oestrous cycles instead (these vary in length). The main difference between the two being that the womb lining is shed during menstruation, this does not happen with animals that have oestrous cycles.
I think only human's have menstrual cycle.
