Folding Programme List

Windows 95 (at Work) shows two columns of contents when I click Start then Programmes. Windows 98 (at home) has one long list that I have to scroll down past the screen edges. Any ideas how I can make 98 behave like 95 and fold into two columns so I can see all my programs at once?
