It`s back and I can hardly move, I am waiting for the GP to come and hopefully sort me out. I just hope it`s not the big `C` getting into my bones.

1.Lie on back and raise heels approx 2inches count to 10 and lower, repeat all exercises at least 8 times.

2 Lie on back and raise one knee towards chest, then repeat with other leg.

3 Lie on back and raise knees with feet about 6inch away from backside, with arms outstretched swing knees sideways as far as possible ,first to one side then repeat on other side.

4 Lie on one side(this exercise twists the body )raise one leg with knee about 45 degrees to body raise opposite arm above body and start a swinging motion,as you swing knee towards floor simultaneously swing upraised arm backwards, then turn over and repeat on other side.

Hope you can make sense of this. Why not ask Dr.for referral to a physiotherapist.
Ouch....not good hon!

Could I also suggest, if you are able, lie in the bath [as hot as you can take it] and curl into a ball. Sounds mad but it used to help my pain.

i hope bill feels better today.
I remember that sort of exercise dennis. I also remember thinking to myself "how am I expected to do this when I'm in so much pain?". They worked though, I felt an improvement after every session. Well worth persevering if at all possible Carlton, just do what you can till you can see a physiotherapist.
All the best from a fellow sufferer.
i believe bill has been absent from ab since this post. is anyone in contact with him ? i hope he is not too unwell/

Hi yo all, Sorry to have given you so much comcern, well, I have been in hospital for 7 days with suspected spinal compression, and had to lay flat on my back for 2 days, until a CT scan was done, and thankfully my problem wasn`t what they thought. The pain was caused by constipation and being unable to perform natures relief. `Solid Jackson`probable cause, sitting at PC and not enough excercise. Anyway, I`m back, thank goodness.
That is a relief on all levels then... Glad you are doing ok... I believe Dynorod are good for blocked pipework...
hi bill. i was worried about you, 7 days in hospital . you poor thing , nice to see you back. anne ♥
