It is said that Romans could tell which babies born would be great or would become leaders dependent on whether they had this distinguishing feature - what is it?!?

Could it be a caul, a thin membrane covering some babies heads at birth and often considered lucky.

conk is most definately nose....I don't think you were being naughty...
