My cooker is 4 years old,a week ago the original oven light fused I have replaced the bulb twice but they have immediately fused,I am replacing with the same type of oven bulb ie. 25w 300 degree .Does anyone know what may be causing the bulbs to blow. TIA

Nothing obvious springs to mind. State the obvious, make sure these really are direct replacements not cheap immitations. Failing that some kind of power surge maybe.
a couple of things could be the cause of this......firstly the original bulb has fused naturally and as you have replaced it you have bent the terminal inside the housing as you've screwed in the new bulb causing it to short, secondly there could be a problem with the wiring to the bulb terminal inside the panel, the sheathing could have melted the on the wire and be shorting on the cooker chassis.
