Since Virginmedia made changes to their Email settings I have had an awful time with it.
I cannot delete the "deleted" or "spam" folders all in one go as before,one has to tick each email individually...some task when around 2000 emails!!!
I also get "Some features may not work correctly in this version of Internet Explorer. If you encounter issues, switch to Basic HTML."
I am using IE8,have tried IE9 and do not like it.

Has anyone else had problems with their Virginmedia mail box and can anyone please tell me how I can manage the problem I have..it`s driving me mad!!!!

I log on to Virgin, find the link to my email - but clicking produces only a blank screen.
Is this part of the same problem?
try using firefox mine works fine

No,get emails up ok,but it works very oddly and as I have said,could not deleted "bin" or "spam" in bulk.
I now use Google Chrome and it works OK...but it shouldn`t be like this.I have always used IE.Virginmedia,have really mucked up their website!!!!
