LCD TV picture pixilating

I have an LCD tv and Sky+ box and the last few days the picture keeps pixilating and freezing for a few seconds but only whilst watching ITV1. Someone told me that it sounds like a problem with my satellite dish but why is it ITV1 only. Sorry if this question is rather vague and sounds silly but any advice would be appreciated.

I've always solved pixilating and freezing problems by turning off the sky box and unplugging from the mains, then waiting a couple of minutes before turning back on again. If this fails ring Sky they also have a re-boot programme that cleans up the hard drive that they can talk you through that seems to solve a lot of these types of problem. If you ring Sky select the technical help option
It may be that channel is on reduced power at the moment. Are you using a dish to receive? Has it moved recently if you had the storms of a few weeks ago.

Have already phoned sky and done everything they said and they suggested it was probably the dish. I did wonder about the winds a couple of weeks ago but couldn't understand why it would just affect one channel. I have extended cover for the dish so will give them a ring. Didn't want to call them out if it was something simple and they charge me for it. Thanks for all your help!
Have a look on the Sky box and check the quality and signal strength on ITV ,
Will give you an idea before the come.
For the last 2 0r 3 days my tv has been doing that as well now and again and only on ITV so it might be a fault there end. I will wait a few days and see if it rectifies itself. I also have SKY.
I lost all my sky progs except BBC and ITV 1 due to last weeks storms and the sky engineer came and found the dish had become loose.
I have the same problem - sky have been out and even replaced the box but still getting pixilation on just itv1 - does any one know how to resolve this yet??
I always put pixellating down to weather conditions. Check your sky dish. Also see that all your plugs are plugged in your TV properly, and you've tried the usual standard procedure of pulling out the plug from the mains for 5 minutes to clear any static as gingie suggested. Next step is to ring Sky.
